- Find the files on your PC, that you want to bring over to your PC.
- Make sure you copy ALL of your files off of the PC, and onto your USB drive.
- Unplug the USB drive.
- Delete the files from your PC.
Now, I know this might sound difficult, but plug the USB drive into the Mac.
Move your files from the USB drive, to the appropriate folders (documents, pictures, music etc.), creating folders to fit your needs.
